Job Title: Senior Loan Officer
Location: Oakland, CA
Key Duties/Overview
Evaluate credit reports, financial statements and other financial information to
assess applicant's financial position to determine feasibility of granting loans. Prepare and execute legal documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements. Meet with applicants and explain available loan types and advantages and disadvantages. Provide customer service to loan clients regarding inquiries, billing questions and release of collaterals. Develop new loans and maintain relationships with customers. Make visits to business sites and real estate property to verify and assess value. Review and update credit and loan files. Train new loan officers.
Review loan portfolios to provide guidance to new loan officers.
Requirements
Master's Degree in business administration, economics, finance or other business related degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to speak, read and write Korean.
