Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Oakland
Key Duties/Overview
- Prepare detailed specifications to develop loan programs and
design codes and documents to those programs.
- Evaluate loan software and system problems and potential
solutions to application systems requirements.
- Help diagnose and resolve issues involving loan databases.
- Maintain loan operating systems, respond to system users, and
evaluate software and system problems and potential solutions to
application systems requirements.
- Train users and other high level systems professionals in
implementation of the most complex systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical interpretation and guidance on most complex
computing problems.
- Serve as technical leader by planning and directing the work
of other professionals to meet project deadlines, technical
specifications and user requirements.
- Recommend system improvements, new applications and develops
plans to improve loan services.
- Refer potential customers to Innovative Bank Services when
appropriate.
- Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) regulations, adhering to Bank BSA/AML Policies
and Procedures, completing periodic BSA training and notifying
the BSA Department of any suspicious BSA activity.
- Represent the department and/or division on systems efforts
having a bank wide impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related engineering
degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in system
analysis.
